Twin LED Countdown Timer

The digit display from a roadside vehicle-activated speed sign, rebuilt as a countdown timer. Each 7-segment numeral is drawn from individual LED lamps, every segment a pointed hexagon of exactly 14 lamps — twin parallel rows of six capped by a single apex lamp at each end — the same construction used on radar speed indicators and motorway advisory boards. Unlit lamps stay faintly visible against the black panel, just like the real hardware in daylight. Adjust lamp size and glow bleed, or switch between signal red, roadworks amber, go green, test-pattern white, and frost blue presets. Free, ad-free, works offline as a PWA.
